Grandma's Hatboxes

When I was younger my grandma had given me four hatboxes of her old hats. Sometimes I go up to the top of my closet and bring them down. I imagine my lovely 85 year old grandma as a young college student in Chicago wearing them to dances and socials. Today I took some pictures of me playing dress up with these beautiful, vintage, hats, and thought I would share them.

A Black Romper and Shades Inside

So what do you think of rompers? According to my mother they were in "so in style when i was a girl" so technically they are coming "back'. At first I thought it was a weird trend that nobody would actually wear, but apparently I was wrong. As you can see in these pictures a black romper and shades inside make me feel like a spy (:
